Ownership and Management

Batima is a close corporation (CC), owned by Fatima Mamod. As the business expands the firm may develop strategic alliances with other organisations.

Fatima Mamod is a Chartered Accountant, CA (SA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and African Women Chartered Accountants (AWCA). She has a Honours B. Compt Accounting Sciences from the University of South Africa (UNISA). Fatima Mamod passed all her examinations first attempt and qualified as a CA (SA) in January 2010. She has been in public practice (auditing) for 4 and a half years. She served her articles at SAB & T Inc and thereafter served as audit manager at Nkonki Inc.
